At Curvyshaper, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and your order delivery fast, reliable, and convenient.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within **1 business day** after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: **2–4 business days**

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and unforeseen events.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within the **48 contiguous United States**. We do not ship to:

• Alaska or Hawaii
• Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
• International destinations

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat **$6.99 per order**, regardless of the number of items you buy.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your package in real time via the carrier’s website.

Risk of Loss & Delivery

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the title and risk of loss transfer to you.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

• **Lost or Missing Packages:** Contact us within **7 business days** of the expected delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
• **Damaged Orders:** Notify us within **72 hours** of delivery and include photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• **Delivery Delays:** While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume. We appreciate your patience during these events.
