We want every product to delight you. If your order from **Curvyshaper** doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make things right.
Returns are available within **30 days** of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- New, unused, and unwashed condition
- In original packaging with all product tags attached
- Supported by valid proof of purchase
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees cannot be refunded, and the customer is typically responsible for return postage unless the return is due to our error.
Returnable Cases (Our Mistake)
The following issues qualify for a free return and full refund/exchange:
- Items arriving with manufacturing defects (e.g., rips, stains, broken seams).
- We sent the wrong color, style, or product.
- Product quality issues or defects not caused by shipping damage.
- Other clear mistakes originating from our order fulfillment process.
Non-Returnable Cases (Customer Responsibility)
Returns may be denied or subject to restocking fees in cases where the error originated with the customer:
- Incorrect size or fit chosen by the customer.
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear after delivery.
- Dissatisfaction with the color or material based on the listing images (subject to minor screen color variance).
- The product was purchased during a final sale or clearance event.
